Thanksgiving and Gratitude 2020

Gratitude is the secret to happiness and abundance. Dictionary.com defines gratitude as the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful. If you’re Canadian, then today is Thanksgiving Monday.

In honor of the holiday, I want to share some things I’m grateful for. A gratitude list is never complete, and always evolving, and the following is no exception. I apologize in advance for repeats of similar things. I’ve been keeping a gratitude journal, so over time, certain things repeat.

Everyday, as I wake, I think of something with gratitude. Every time I wash my hands, I breathe mindfully, and think of something I’m grateful for. These practices help me to stay authentically positive when faced with stress and challenges.
