What is Manifestation?

Manifestation is the process of bringing thought energy into physical form. Manifestation often fails because of lack of clarity, poor attention and blocks or limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind.

To manifest, you must understand how your subconscious mind operates, and is programmed. By correctly engaging your subconscious mind, you will manifest what you want.

To your brain, all change – even positive change – is perceived as threatening. The subconscious mind detects and responds to perceived physical, mental or emotional threats in a protective ( sometimes self-sabotaging) way before your conscious mind is even aware of potential danger.

Nothing in your life will change until you can effectively send new signals to your subconscious mind. Using willpower to change your thoughts at the conscious, surface-level doesn’t work because your conscious mind is so much weaker and slower than your subconscious mind.

What Is the Subconscious Mind?

Your conscious mind is only one small aspect of your consciousness. It is the proverbial “tip of the iceberg.”

The subconscious mind is that part of your mind which operates outside of your conscious awareness. The vast majority of everything that happens in your body and in your mind is processed subconsciously.

The subconscious mind allows things to operate automatically and smoothly. For example, you don’t need to consciously think about how you contract your hand muscles when you pick up a pen. You just pick up the pen.

Aside from physical actions like this, your subconscious also controls the majority of your mental processes. Your subconscious filters your perceptions and experiences, forms beliefs, makes value judgements, creates emotional responses, etc.

In short, your subconscious is a beast. It does everything but hold the thoughts you’re thinking as you think them with awareness.

This is good because if you had to do everything consciously all the time, life would be virtually impossible. You’d have to consciously regulate your heartrate and breathing and body temperature, and a host of physical things before you could even begin to think creatively about anything!

For example, every morning when you wake up, you probably follow the same habits without even thinking about them. You wake up, you go to the bathroom, you shower and so on. You don’t have to figure out how the toilet works, how to wash your hair, etc.

If every action you took had to be consciously thought-out, life would be very slow and difficult!

Your subconscious mind takes away the effort of everyday life, and conserves energy, by forming habits and automatic behaviors. This is great for some actions, but can hinder you in other areas.

Because the subconscious mind controls everything which happens to you, getting your subconscious mind on-side, working with you instead of against you, is absolutely necessary. There are many techniques, tools and technologies that can help send the right information to your subconscious mind.

Your Subconscious Directs Your Life Course

The situations, circumstances, achievements and success in your life are all determined by what is wired deep inside you. Sometimes, what has been programmed into your subconscious mind does not support your success. In fact, you brain might be holding you back!

The only way to create a new life for yourself is to change what is happening in the subconscious mind itself.

Some key points:

  1. Control the mind by learning to effectively and consistently sharpen your focus. This leads to more mental power. Your thoughts are streamlined when your mind is controlled, meaning you release more creative energy
  2. Controlling the mind allows the subconscious super-processor to be a) accessed, and b) re-wired effectively
  3. The more mental power you have overall, the more manifestation you have.

You see, by controlling and directing your conscious and subconscious minds, you are allowing more mental oomph to be directed to your goal. This will allow you to access enough mind power to manifest the thing you want.

Essentially, manifestation is like this:

Concentrate as much as possible = more mental resources from your subconscious mind = manifestation

The Real Secret is Your Mental Power

The power to manifest is always inside you. It comes from your subconscious mind. Your mental power has the creative energy to manifest what you want. This can be done by using a system of rules, principles and methods which are discussed in this no b.s. manifesting system.

Your ability to focus your attention is crucial to your ability to manifest. You build the strength of your attention through concentrating. A strong mind creates manifestation, but a weak mind does not.

Focused attention shapes and is shaped by your intent. Intention allows you to connect to the subconscious mind and make its creative energy come to the surface. This creative energy is the force which shapes reality to your desire.

Manifestation works through the ability to focus your attention more than any other factor. In fact, there is a direct correlation between your level of attention, and your ability to manifest. If your attention level is at a 2 out of 10, your manifestation level will be at a 2 out of 10. If your attention level is at a 7 out of 10, your manifestation level will be at a 7 out of 10.

Before you determine your current degree of attention, let’s be sure we all agree on the meaning of attention. Remember, attention is crucial to intent, and intent is crucial to manifestation.

What Is Attention?

Attention is mental focus and concentration. It’s an advanced mental construct with many components. Essentially, attention means:

  1. Not having distracting thoughts. Even 1 or 2 distracting thoughts per minute means your attention is weak.
  2. Your ability to be fully present in the moment without dwelling on the past or future.
  3. Your ability to have your thoughts moving exclusively in one direction, or the ability to maintain focus on one thing without waffling.

Attention Ability

1st Degree: 99% of all people in the world will find themselves in this category. People with 1st degree attention have lots of jumbled thoughts in their mind, so their attention is poor. They can’t seem to have a calm mind with no thoughts for even half a minute. The manifestations here will be extremely weak, or nonexistent.

2nd Degree: At the 2nd degree, it is never ending battle to stay focused. 2nd Degree people can focus for several hours on a given task, but they will often get distracted. Their minds are calm for several minutes at most.

3rd Degree: This person can concentrate well, but still experiences chaotic and uncontrolled thoughts. Sometimes the mental chaos can last for hours, but they concentrate well otherwise.

4th Degree: At this level, people have a calm and meditative mind that focuses attention well every day, and most of the time. However, there will still be some jumbled, distracting thoughts that creep in from time to time.

5th Degree: Excellent attention! 5th degree people can maintain absolute, focused attention. They live in the moment all day, every day. These people are usually “lucky” and experience high levels of success.

6th Degree: Outstanding attention! 6th degree people are extremely focused, clear and always live in the moment. They have the “Midas Touch.” If you have 6th degree attention, then you’ll manifest like crazy!

7th Degree: People with 7th degree attention create exceptional results very quickly from scratch, sometimes over and over again because of their strong mental focus.

8th Degree: 8th degree people often become known throughout the world for their success and brilliance. With this degree of attention, amazing things happen all the time.

9th Degree: A person with 9th degree attention could cause revolutionary social manifestations at a global level. This sort of mental power is extremely rare, and can be detected in large political, economic or religious movements.

10th Degree: Perfect attention. An ideal state not yet reached by anyone.

In the beginning, to have an abundant and prosperous life, aim for the 5th or 6th degree attention. You can work towards advancing your attention to higher degrees if you feel you are more ambitious.

Typically, the average person is at the 1st or 2nd degree, which is why they have trouble manifesting. Remember that focused attention and concentration is key. Learn to build your attention every single day.

Is it Possible to Manifest with Weak Attention?

Yes, it is possible to manifest with weak attention. However, these manifestations happen subconsciously, and only because of beneficial thought and action patterns which are already established in the subconscious mind. Whatever is programmed in the subconscious mind happens in your outside reality. Attention helps you connect to your subconscious mind and form new programs.

  1. Reality is mental in nature. We create our own reality though our perception of life events.
  2. Your subconscious mind is faster and more powerful than your conscious mind. Experts estimate that a whopping 90-97% of the mind is subconscious.
  3. The only way to manifest is access the creative power of your subconscious mind.
  4. You must develop focused attention and awareness.
  5. Learn to understand the language of your mind, and to monitor the inner dialog happening in your mind.
  6. To prevent self-sabotage, your conscious and subconscious desires need to be in alignment.

To control your mind, you need to understand how it works. Focused attention is the most important factor in manifestation, but there are other things to consider as well. More on that later.
